I didn't believe in god until I met our premier bus driver, Tony. Ever heard of Jesus? Well Tony was much better. I have never had a better experience in my life. Riding with Tony was magical. I wish it never ended. Tony was the cutest and most courteous man I ever loved. The bus was aight. If Tony doesn't get a raise, there is no god. His girthy shoulders and broad chest brought me relaxation and pleasure. The only time we got lost, was when I got lost in his eyes. He was warm and welcoming, and his smile shimmered like the Atlantic ocean at a 5:30 sunrise.read more

Earl drove us to Cape Cod for a class trip. He was the best driver ever! Such a smooth ride, he was friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable. He shared a fun fact with us about the Titanic, and the location their distress signal was received. He even offered mints! Bonus.I was happy to see he was also a driver for my daughters DC trip! Great driver, I would want him to be our driver every time.read more

Steve is the definition of God. He made my 8th Grade Washington DC trip the best trip I've ever experienced. He took a selfie with us and kept us extremely safe. No bus driver could ever keep up with our guy Steve (not even Tony), we all cried when he left. He was like our father caring for his children. I miss him every day from the time he had to leave us. We can't stop thinking about how amazing our wedding day was in so many ways, and Premier Coach was a huge part of that. Our experience with our buses was exceptional and no stress at all! It was really an amazing thing to hear from our families that the coaches pulled up exactly on time, to the minute! Northern Vermont University utilized Premier Coach for our volleyball matches located in Maine two weekends in a row in October 2019. The driver was very courteous, accommodating, and safely transported us to our destinations. The ride was comfortable, and smooth. The only issue which was a non-issue is that WIFI was available on the bus, however, it wasn't the best connection and would often drop connection.read more

Great coach company - we took a school ski trip from the UK - coach was excellent and the driver (Walter) couldn’t do enough for us. Would definitely recommend and if we go skiing in New Hampshire again we will be using Premier (and requesting that Walter is our driver).read more

My class back in 2018 went down to DC on one of your busses. It was a great trip two and from and around DC. Very comfortable and survived teenagers riding on board. Our driver's name was Tony and he was very prompt at picking us up. He even ended up in our year book and I see you still some of my friends old reviews on Google and your website. If I could select a million stars to rate Premier, I would. We had an emergency transportation issue come up at my sister in law's wedding at Pat's Peak ---their bus transportation company was a no-show in picking up guests from the hotel to the venue. You can imagine the state of shock, nervousness, all of the above especially trying to find a solution on the weekend and not knowing the area. When calling Keith from Premier with a panic, not only did he give me his phone number, but also the driver's phone number to assure me that they can pick up the guests and return them in short notice. he was able to find a driver in 10 minutes and save the day for us! Cindy, our driver was INCREDIBLE. she was so sweet and fun to be around! Steve was our driver the next day and the wedding party absolutely loved Cindy and Steve. thank you Premier so much for saving the day!!! Very nice bus and a ride, all drivers look professional but most of them even don’t know how to control the AC/Heater of the bus to maintain temperature inside. They have their machine running so loud but neither AC/Heater as per the temperature instead just throwing the air. Primer buses for UVMread more

The Enfield Seniors want to thank Bill Ward and Premier Coach Co for giving us Bill to drive us to the Biltmore Estates/ Asheville NC for Diamond Tours I’ve asked Diamond Tours to add Bill Ward and Premier Coach from Vermont to drive us to our next excursion in 2023. My wife and I were in Knoxville for a garden tour and our group sponsor contracted with Premier Transportation to get us from garden to garden. The driver's on both days were fantastic! Friendly, helpful, and communicated well. Our second day was especially wonderful, as one of the garden's had a very difficult turn around on a steep hill, but our driver that day, Karla Hankins handled like a pro. We were so impressed by the driving, we clapped when we were clear of all obstacles. Overall, a great experience, but felt like Karla needed to be recognized for taking great care of us that day!!read more

My son's school used Premier Coach for their 6th grade trip. I was more than impressed! The bus was immaculate and cared for. It was a comfortable ride and I can't say enough about our driver, Randy! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! We had the pleasure and good fortune of having Walter White as our driver for our recent bus tour from Maine to NYC! Walter quickly became family! He kept the bus clean, was courteous and such a gentleman. He was always there at the bottom of the steps to assist all of us departing the bus. He was an absolute PROFESSIONAL and especially so, when navigating the bus through the crazy, busy streets of New York. We were on the bus a long time over the 5 day trip-and we thank him for making it absolutely perfect! As for the bus itself, the seats were very comfortable and everything (including the restroom) was very clean. A++read more

Our coach driver, TOM, was excellent. I don't even know where to begin?! He recently drove our 7th & 8th grade students & chaperones from Western Mass to D.C. He went above and beyond from helping us with wheelchairs to bloody noses and everything in between. I highly recommend Premier Coach and more importantly Tom as your Coach Driver.
