The full $5,000 sign on bonus will be paid to new full-time commercial drivers who meet all expectations whether driving charter or shuttle routes.
- A prorated bonus of $4000 will be paid to newly-hired charter drivers who regularly average 140 hours per month and newly-hired shuttle drivers who regularly work four days per week.
- A prorated bonus of $3,000 will be paid to newly-hired charter drivers who regularly average 105 hours per month and newly-hired shuttle drivers who regularly work three days per week.
- A prorated bonus of $2000 will be paid to newly-hired charter drivers who regularly average 70 hours per month and newly-hired shuttle drivers who regularly work two days per week.
- A prorated bonus of $1,000 will be paid to newly-hired charter drivers who regularly average 35 hours per month and newly-hired shuttle drivers who regularly work one day per week.
Sign-on bonuses will be paid out in increments of 25% of the bonus paid out at the successful completion of each 90 days of employment, provided expectations are met. Currently licensed commercial drivers must have either a class A or class B commercial driver’s license and must obtain their passenger endorsement as a condition of employment.
The sign-on bonus will be paid out as follows;
- The first payment will be made at the successful completion of 90 days of employment,
- The second payment will be made after 180 days of employment,
- The third payment will be made after 270 days of employment, and
- The final payment will be made after one year of employment.
